I have played an integral role in shaping social strategy for companies. At Stony Brook, I created the athletics department’s Instagram account, organized coach and student-athlete social takeovers and worked with marketing , sales and development on branded and in-house social contests. As social media strategist for Long Island Pulse, I spearheaded the company’s social strategy and have helped increase social referral traffic by about 30 percent using mostly organic methods. Social media has been our leading form of traffic month over month. In my current role at Persado, I focus on both the long-term strategy and day-to-day management of the company’s social platforms.

Role: Coordinated the first-ever takeover of the Pulse Instagram account with renowned Long Island shopping center.
Timerlane Shutters Instagram Takeover
Role: Worked with Timberlane Shutters staff to curate an Instagram takeover Pulse readers would find engaging, thereby raising client brand awareness. Responsibilities included choosing photos and writing copy for client approval.
